I will inform you of every home listed by every Real Estate agent that meets your criteria.  I will then continue to inform you of all new listings as soon as they hit the market. 

I will inform you of all financing options and assist you in finding the best loan and lender for your circumstances, if needed.

I will diligently show you all homes of interest. Once we find the perfect home  I will do a market analysis to insure that the home is priced correctly.

I will prepare your offer to purchase, working in your best interests to insure the best terms and counsel you on all possible options, contingencies, and liabilities.

I will negotiate any counter offers to insure you receive the best deal possible.

I will assist you with the home inspection process and prepare all documentation required to remove the home inspection contingency if you are satisfied with the home inspection, request any necessary repairs if needed, or release you from the contract if you are unsatisfied with the home after the inspection without liability.

I will assure that all required inspections and repairs are conducted and completed on time.

I will assist you through the entire closing process to insure that all necessary tasks are completed on time for a smooth transaction.

I will be present at closing to answer any questions and insure that all terms of the contract have been met.

Long story short, I will be there to guide you through the entire process from beginning to end, working in your best interest, and if I am unable to save you at least $3,000 I will pay $1,000 of your closing costs.
