About Me

I have been a full time Hampton Roads Realtor since 1997. I started in Real Estate at age 25 after 6 years of service in the U.S. Army. Starting at such a young age has helped me embrace, and incorporate, the latest technology in assisting my clients with the best possible tools to market their home effectively, or to find the perfect home to purchase. With over 13 years of experience, I have a good working knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate.

My buyer clients receive FREE buyer representation regardless of the commission rate being offered by the seller. This means that I do not charge my buyers any fees, even if the commission being offered by the seller is below market average. I also inform my clients of every home listed by every Real Estate company on the peninsula, even the ones offering the lowest commissions. My buyers can feel confident that they are being informed of every home available in a timely manner and they will be getting competent representation to insure that they will be getting the best deal possible all at no cost to them.

My seller clients receive maximum exposure of their homes through extensive internet marketing at competitive rates. Although I some times discount my listing rates, I only discount the listing side of the commission, which means I do NOT do my sellers an injustice by reducing the commission being offered to buyers agents while keeping a larger percentage for myself. This is becoming a frequent practice among some Realtors that many sellers are not aware of, which frequently results in increased market times and lower sales prices. My seller clients can rest assured that they are receiving a competitive rate while still offering a high commission to buyers agents to ensure that their home sells fast and for top dollar.
